  • We work with developers and key stakeholders to design and develop social impact commitments that are innovative, credible, impactful, and deliverable as part of bids and project development processes.

    This includes:

    • Advice on workforce, First Nations and local content commitments

    • Development of realistic delivery pathways

    • Alignment with project procurement and timelines

    • Strengthening bid quality and deliverability

    • Developing innovative delivery approaches and partnerships

  • We help proponents understand, de-risk, measure, model and develop strategies and partnerships to ensure they meet their project commitments and targets.

    This includes CIS, Access Rights, LTSA and other funding, approval and ESG-related obligations.

    This includes:

    • Review of CIS, Access Rights and other project commitments so there is a clear understanding and agreement of what they are.

    • Identification of delivery risks and gaps, and the development of strategies to address them

    • Embedding commitments into contractor scopes and supporting collaborative delivery approaches

    • Developing and embedding monitoring and reporting frameworks, and building contractor capability to deliver them.

    Focus: Reducing delivery risk and ensuring commitments can be achieved in practice.

  • We work with developers, EPC contractors and subcontractors to design and deliver training and workforce strategies and employment pathways for locals, particularly for First Nations workers women and youth.

    This includes:

    • Workforce planning aligned to project stages

    • Training and employment pathways

    • Developing partnerships with local TAFES or other training providers

    • First Nations training and employment programs

    • Women in renewables initiatives

    • Retention-focused strategies and pathways to ongoing employment

    • Contractor and partner coordination, capacity building and support
